GTA3 Hidden Package 25 Guide

From Marco's Bistro, north of the Red Light District...

...walk over to the train station...

...and onto the tracks and walk around them clockwise...

...until you get to this building, which you can jump onto from the girder.

Jump down on to the building and follow it around to where the package is!
